PBS Training and Development Lead at Redstone Positive Support Group, with over 20 years' experience working across education, residential and community services supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and complex support needs.

With a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behavioural Support and Active Support, she specialises in developing and delivering PBS and Active Support training, functional behaviour assessment, practice leadership, coaching and mentoring.

Her work focuses on helping organisations translate PBS principles into everyday practice, developing confident and skilled staff teams, reducing restrictive practices and creating capable environments that improve quality of life.

A dedicated and passionate Specialist Teacher with specialism in Positive Behavioural Support and Applied Behavioural Analysis. Experienced in working in both mainstream and specialist schools and across residential and outreach services. Skilled in managing small teams and developing educational services, in a wide variety of different settings.
